I’m delighted to share that my Irish landscape watercolors are being featured in a solo exhibition at The Rosslare Gallery in County Wexford, Ireland, as part of the Wexford Festival Opera Fringe Festival.
Titled “An Enchanting Fusion of the Irish Landscape and Japanese Watercolour,” the exhibition celebrates the 75th Wexford Festival Opera and brings together my watercolor paintings inspired by the beauty and atmosphere of the Irish landscape.
Ireland has a special place in my heart as an artist. Painting outdoors, immersed in the landscape, allows me to experience a place beyond its appearance - to observe the changing light, the atmosphere, and the subtle relationships between land, sky, and water. These moments of observation often become the starting point for my paintings.
It is a real pleasure to share these works with audiences in Ireland, where they were inspired and created, and I’m grateful to the Rosslare Gallery for presenting the exhibition as part of this wonderful celebration of opera and the arts.
