The artists' reception for the 1st Annual Southern California Black & White Juried Exhibition attracted a huge crowd on September 24 at the La Jolla Art Association (LJAA) Gallery.  I am pleased to have my watercolor "Zhouzhuang, China V" chosen to be in the show by Manuelita Brown, a juror.

This is a very unique exhibition where only works devoid of any colors other than black, white or shades of gray were eligible.  If you're in the vicinity, I hope you will visit the show, which runs through October 10 at the LJAA Gallery.
